Priority Mail

Priority Mail offers expedited delivery at the least expensive rate. The maximum weight for Priority Mail is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and girth combined. Priority Mail can be insured, registered, or certified for an additional charge.

Returning Defective or Wrong Merchandise

If you wish to return defective or wrong merchandise, be sure to insure it for full value in case of loss in transit while it is being shipped back to Excalibur Films. Be sure to require a signature as proof of return delivery. Do not use the Excalibur fold-velope to return defective or wrong merchandise since it cannot be insured for value and a return signature cannot be requested. Always carefully pack the return merchandise so that it is not broken in transit.

Customs

Customs forms are required when small packets, printed matter, and parcels are sent to international destinations. The specific customs form is governed by the type of mail, the weight of the item, and the regulations of the country of destination.
